FASTEST CAR IN LAND
Back in 2007, we witnessed the world’s fastest vehicle in land which was the Thrust SSC. The same team who designed the vehicle has now designed a model for a car which is expected to run beyond 1000mph. the car has been named to be Bloodhound. This supersonic car is expected to have a power equivalent to 180 F1 cars together. Eurofighter engine is the one which is going to serve the car which such extreme power. The size and weight of the engine is expected to make the car unstable at such high speed so the researchers are considering the change of position of the engine. The car is expected to be driven by Andy Green who is none other than the one who piloted the thrust SSC in 2007. Bloodhound is expected to be experimented in 2011 in a ten mile track. Though the engineers are very keen to spend their efforts in such high speed cars, there is nothing effective in serving the humanity with such cars.
